Oreo Goodness

I'm not feeling very good, so this one's going to be short and sweet. After school the kids usually have about an hour before Jeremy gets home. Today the kids and I decided to make him a special treat - Oreo Cheesecake (Riley thought Oreo Goodness sounded better). I think they had the most fun crushing up the Oreo's to make the crust. At least until Bailey accidentally spilled my Diet Coke everywhere. Quickly following the drink incident I realized I didn't have all of the ingredients. So as I ran off to the store Riley helped Jeremy mow the yard. Wasn't the smoothest of preparations, but it tasted good anyway.
