I've been taking a bootcamp on Thursday that is really different than any other class I've taken. It's run by an ex-NFL football player and he's really challenging. When I first started taking his class I was really afraid to jump these risers because I didn't know if I would make it over or fall flat on my face!! So, I went with Jeremy to the Pointe and had him watch me jump a few. With each jump I built a little confidence and added a riser. He'd keep telling me you can do more you're clearing it by a lot. I kept building and got all the way up to 12 :)
